A strategy that
we intend to build in this emerging market where corporate has the freedom
to choose and moves from one base country to the other, is a world-wide
network.
At
the stage we are now, where we enjoy the market we served and efficiently
focused on, one of the advantages we can see clearly is the strong relationships
between SK KERIS, suppliers and customers. SK KERIS attempt to maintain
the relationship with optimism that in the future, a synergy between SK
KERIS and the suppliers or the customers could be built.
Several
short-term goals that SK KERIS aims to accomplish in the near future,
2002 are:
• The investment maximisation through the Improvement, on Operation
System.
• Set up a “To-be” model as guidelines for example a
Business Alliance with competitors or supplier.
• Reinforce Localisation program. The intention of this program
is to maximise the native employee’s talent in SK KERIS
At
last, continue the SUPEX (Super Excellent) 2000 in line with SK Group.
SUPEX and 5S principles exercised by all employees to achieve the highest
performance and to maximise employees’ talents. The 5S principles
consist of Structure, Systemise, Standardise, Sanitise and self-discipline.
