COMPANY PROFILE PT. Mutu Gading Tekstil is one of the fast growing yarn manufacturing company in Indonesia with a capacity of producing 3000 tons of Polyester Textured Yarn (PTY) every month. We are an ISO 9001 certified company that has, within a short period of time since inception in 1997, developed into one of the leading players in the polyester industry. Our company, with its continuous emphasis on differentiated products and customized solutions, is fully equipped in delivering tailor made products suited to the process requirement of the various types of the polyester yarn customers. We employ rigorous quality system procedures that enable us to monitor quality performance at all levels. This is further enhanced with the employment of the state of the art technology and machinery supplied mainly major equipment supplier Barmag. This has helped us in equating our name with high quality and our best practices assure us of our specifications catering to global requirements in equal length unified weight, standardized packing etc. We strive to continuously improve our own strict quality standards to match with international requirements and our continuous training to our employees help maintain high standards in our operations. We are in process of implementing Six Sigma system in our company in order to achieve our objective of becoming the best supplier of polyester yarns. OUR PRODUCTS Our products are highly differentiated and customized that continuously cater to the entire gamut of polyester yarn applications all over the world. We are the leading yarn supplier to Apparels, Home Furnishing, Automotives, Carpet Applications and others. Along with maintaining our established domestic market, over 60% of our products are exported every month all over the world especially to the premier markets of Europe, Middle East, Australia, South America and South Africa. Our continuous emphasis on delivering yarns of highest quality has established our company as one of the leading exporters in Indonesia that has gained reputation all over the world. With our ability to make tailor made products, we take pride in continuously developing innovative yarns that allow our customers redefine and further expand their product base.
